We are looking for a Deputy General Manager/Development Director, based in Bucharest. The role reports directly to the General Manager and manages the development strategy (focus on: strong increase of penetration rate together with the increase of the financial capacity). Key criteria: strategic & holistic mindset, strong sales insurance/banking background (ideally, covering all sales/distribution channels), stakeholders management, influencing, private/public exposure, determination/self-motivation, ambassador. Our client company is a large privately-owned insurance-reinsurance company.
