We are looking for a Modern Trade Director, based in Bucharest, Romania. The role reports to the Sales Director and is responsible for the results of the Modern Trade channel, through establishing and monitoring to results the strategy of the department, as part of the company’s strategy. Our client company is a large multinational company, active in FMCG industry.
Key criteria for the role: Experience in coordinating the Modern Trade/Key Account channel in a multinational environment, in FMCG field, proven results in coordinating and developing large teams. Strategic thinking and business understanding, leadership skills, interest for continuous improvement at individual, team and organization levels.
