On behalf of our Client, one of the largest financial banking groups (with more then 133,000 employees, based in 61 countries), we are currently looking for an IT People & Project Manager , based in Bucharest (Romania). The role reports directly to the Global Business Line Manager (IT Business Center, French Retail Banking) and coordinates multiple teams, internationally, approx. 40 people, and growing.
Key criteria for the role: IT Project Management and IT Operations Management experience in the Business Services industry (Shared Service Centers or IT Outsourcing); team management in an IT software culture (at least 20+ people managed previously) and in a team-oriented Agile environment, software development management, French and English language (advanced level), stakeholders management; agility, resilience and a balanced approach are to be of high value.
