HAT: this humble ubiquitous item has the perfect richness of telling what we do. We all have jobs and responsibilities, or better said ‘hats to fill’ and it’s our drive to find the best fit for each of them.
WIT is our perfect noun saying how we always seek to do it all. Its definition says it best: “inventive thought and quick understanding; a natural aptitude for using words and ideas in a quick and inventive way to create humour”. Or in our own words: being smartly agile, while being ourselves.

With 23 years of experience spanning Legal and HR fields, Luminita began her career as a Legal Counsellor, specializing in corporate, labor, and social security law after completing her LL.B and LLM degrees. Transitioning into HR, she worked in services, retail, and production industries. In 2008, Luminita joined the Consulting industry conducting Senior management, C-level, and Top management executive assignments, leading strategic consulting projects for multinational clients across local, regional, and global markets. Her vision for quality, integrity, and innovative HR solutions culminated in the founding of Hatwit, which quickly became a trusted advisor to leading organizations.

With a background in Edtech entrepreneurship and business leadership, she has over 20 years of experience managing complex organizations with a focus on clear strategy, exceptional results, and people growth.
In her previous role at Procter & Gamble, she led Lead the marketing operations for P&G South East Europe multi-market/ multi-brand business close to US$1bln, driving one of the highest growth rates in Europe in terms of sales, profit and penetration. Grew capabilities and led career development for 70+ talents while merging 2 distinct organizations.
Additionally, Maria lead the Marketing & Communications Industry in Romania through IAA Presidency, impacting legislation, talents education, industry standards, while doubling IAA revenues in just 2 years.
Maria’s endeavors include also 5 years in Edtech, where she led corporate capability development programs and created gamified learning experiences for children.
