With more than 20 years of experience spanning executive search, commercial strategy, operational leadership, business development, and international market expansion, he supports multinational corporations, international family-owned businesses, and investment environments on senior leadership appointments, organisational transformation, succession planning, and strategic growth initiatives across Europe.
Prior to co-founding Hatwit, Marius held senior commercial and leadership roles within Security, Technology, and Telecommunications environments, combining operational business understanding with extensive cross-border market exposure. Alongside his commercial leadership background, he also led strategic sales training initiatives across the EMEA region, supporting leadership capability development within complex multinational environments.
