On behalf of our Client, multinational company, operating in Testing, Inspection and Certification, we are currently looking for a Civil Engineering Department Business Unit Manager, based in Bucharest, Romania. The role reports to the Europe Black Sea District Chief Executive and covers Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary.
Key criteria for the role: strong expertise in Project Management, Design Review, Technical Due Diligence processes in an international/multinational company. Sales and Business Development experience (sales strategy, including market segmentation, positioning, pricing policy, sales efficiency, new services implementation); P&L responsible; team management; regional markets experience (Bulgaria, Hungary) would be a plus;
