On behalf of our Client, one of the key players in the Automotive industry (German car component manufacturer), we are currently looking for a Assembly Production Director, based in Brasov, Romania. The role reports to the General Manager, coordinates 150 of full automated, semi-manual and manual assembly lines, has 4 direct reports and an overall team of approx. 1.200 people.
Key criteria for the role: the most suitable candidate has relevant experience in a similar role and industry, likes to work in a fast growing environment/company for developing all specific operations and supporting also the continuous improvement, is an employee – focused production manager (develop, engage, retain), is autonomous and ensures a customer, qualitative oriented culture.
