We are looking for a Development Director (Insurance industry), based in Bucharest. The role reports directly to the General Manager. She/he manages the development strategy with focus on: strong increase of penetration rate together with the increase of the financial capacity.
Key criteria: strong sales insurance and/or banking background (ideally, covering all sales/distribution channels; bancassurance, brokers, on-line distribution channels are a must), strategic mindset, holistic mindset (people, processes, structure, systems), stakeholders management, influencing, strong corporate experience, public exposure (state authorities), strong long-term engagement and inner motivation for a higher purpose, project management, autonomy. Our client company is a large privately-owned insurance-reinsurance company.
