We are looking for an Engagement Manager, based in Bucharest. The role reports directly to the Regional Principal SEE and dotted-line to the General Manager Romania. Job Summary: Management of multiple consulting projects (both local and international) of varying complexity, ensuring d on-time & on-budget delivery for clients in the life sciences field. Contribution to new business development, maintenance and strengthening of the clients data base. You may support in the development of new offerings; You coordinate a team of 4 Senior Consultants. Key competencies: strategic mindset, results orientation, project management, communication at all levels of seniority & influencing, team management, analytical mindset , tech oriented professional, energy, autonomy, entrepreneurial skills, able to deal with ambiguity, resilience.
