On behalf of our Client, large multinational company, operating in the FMCG industry, we are currently looking for an HR Business Partner, based in Bucharest, Romania. The role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner.
Key criteria for the role: previous HR expertise in a similar role where you integrated, at best, business strategies with people management strategies; experience in various HR activities/processes/policies/procedures: on-boarding, talent acquisition, performance management, exit management, internal communication. Stakeholders management in large organisations and Board presentations are to be of value. Should you have the necessary experience and a flexible, dynamic, agile and resilient mindset and approach, used to work in complex and fast paced environments, just apply.
