On behalf of our Client, large multinational company, operating in the Retail industry, we are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager, based in Bucharest, Romania. The role reports to the Human Resources Director and coordinates a team of up to 10 people.
Key criteria for the role: strategic understanding and strong expertise in the following areas: Compensation & Benefits, Payroll & Admin and Employee Relations (trends, risks & opportunities, policies, procedures, systems, legislation); experience in dealing with various levels of stakeholders in mid-sized or large multinational companies; Board presentations; ideally previous expertise in SAP HR or other related systems implementations; team management; fluency in English.
