On behalf of our Client, multinational company, operating in Testing, Inspection and Certification, we are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager, based in Bucharest, Romania. The role reports to the Europe Black Sea District Chief Executive and manages a small team.
Key criteria for the role: relevant HR experience, preferably in multinational professional services organizations; specific expertise in Recruitment, Performance and Development, Employee Relations, HR Administration, Reporting and Budgeting. Experience in organizational transformations, good networking and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively build relationships by establishing trust and credibility.
