On behalf of our Client, large multinational company, operating in the Retail industry, we are currently looking for a Learning & Development Manager, based in Bucharest, Romania. The role reports to the Human Resources Director and coordinates a team of 3 people.
Key criteria for the role: strong End-to-End Learning & Development expertise; experience in design/development of organizational culture projects, product training, digital projects, experience in dealing with various levels of stakeholders in mid-sized or large multinational companies, Board presentations, internal customer orientation, team management; fluency in English.
