We are looking for a Principal Executive Recruitment & Talent Management, based in Bucharest, Romania. The role reports to the Managing Partner. 

Key criteria for the role: Strong experience in HR, with no less then 10+ years, in: Executive Search or Recruitment function (focus on mid and senior management roles) in various industries, acquiring new clients and developing clients portfolio, project management and project delivery. Consistent HR Consulting experience is a plus. Tech and Industrial industries are a plus. Fun and open-hearted, results oriented and efficient, customer excellence and high ethical standards are just the extras of what we’d love to find.

So what you will you do?

  • Participate to all Clients’ meetings (Board and senior management level) in order to understand the business contexts, current and future strategic HR needs
  • End-to-end development of various Executive Recruitment assignments across diverse industries (design performance profiles, sourcing strategies and talent search, interview & assess prospective candidates, candidates’ recommendations and follow-ups, career counselling throughout the entire process, on-boarding assistance). 
  • Design, develop and implement of Talent Management projects (Talent Mapping, Market Mapping, Assessment Centres, Development Centres, Succession Management, Career Management) 
  • Network and build long-lasting client relationship
