On behalf of our Client, an important player on flexible packaging manufacturing field, we are currently looking for a Production Manager, based in Focsani, Romania. The role reports to the CEO and coordinates the production team lines, 4 direct reports, with an overall team of approx. 60 people.

Key criteria for the role: relevant experience in a similar role and industry, cost reduction managed projects, orientation towards performance and qualitative results, team management, motivation and development, self development, excellent planning and organizing abilities, change management, good level of English.
