On behalf of our Client, a professional service Fortune Global 500 company, we are currently looking for a Proposal Development Senior Manager, based in Romania and reports directly to the Europe Group Director and Global Group Director. The role supports Industrial global industry, service and functional leadership for the sales activities by: originating, tracking and managing the pipeline, engaging with clients, driving and owning proposals.
Key criteria for the role: strong expertise in Management Consulting companies, with Industrial strong industry experience; strong consulting skills, coupled with wide C-level professional network; excellent client relationship management; stakeholders management; easiness to navigate in complex environments; agility, resilience and a balanced approach are to be of high value.
