On behalf of our Client, a global digital dental technology company , we are currently looking for a Regional Order-to- Cash Operations Manager, EMEA, APAC, Global China, based in Romania. The role reports directly to the Global Business Operations Director and coordinates a team of 30 people.
Key criteria for the role: strong senior management expertise in Business Services (preferably in Shared Service Centers) with regional (EMEA) or global geographical coverage; OTC expertise with focus on: Order management, Customer Operations, Contracts Management ans/or Sales Operations; strategic understanding and full road map implementation (organisational structure, people and technologies) team leadership; regional/global stakeholders management (including VP level); agility, resilience and a balanced approach are to be of high value.
