Should you have 10+ years of HR experience with focus on Recruitment and/or Executive Search, love developing Recruitment assignments for various roles across all industries, Talent Management and Training projects, Hatwit is your team. So what you will you do?
- Participate to all Clients’ meetings in order to understand business contexts, current and future HR needs
- Design performance profiles, sourcing strategies and carry out targeted talent search
- Identify & assess prospective candidates in terms of: past results, potential, competencies, cultural fit and motivation, as well as overall compatibility with the job
- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references
- Recommend the shortlist of candidates together with all validated information for each candidate
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Follow-up with clients, assist with the candidate’s transition and the on-boarding process
- Design, develop and implement Talent Management projects
- Network and build long-lasting client relationship
- Know your area of expertise (specialized industries or job functions)
- Research and develop recruiting leads
