We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager, based in Sibiu.

contact center, business process outsourcing, shared service center or IT outsourcing.

2. SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER JOB PROFILE
– You have relevant expertise in this role, in the following industries:
contact center, business process outsourcing, shared service center or IT outsuorcing
– You are fluent in German (C1/C2)
– You should also have great people and management skills (150¬ plus team members) and be able to constantly motivate your team while remaining objective and focused on delivering results
– Living in Sibiu or willing to relocate
So what will you do?
In this role, you’ll:
– directly report to the General Manager in Romania
– You’ll be managing operation managers and customer service agents
– You will be responsible for establishing and overseeing service delivery processes for a major client of the company
