We are looking for an EMEA Workforce Management Lead (WFML), based in Brasov, Romania. The role supports the operational department and teams by monitoring the Service Level Management, by providing recommendations for improvement, and by developing and optimizing reports to provide insight into the Service Levels performance.
The WFML will lead, manage and develop assigned WFM analysts across different locations/countries through interactions and motivation against performance goals. Our client company is a large multinational company, active in the Business Services industry.
Key criteria for the role: Strong expertise in workforce management, staffing, performance analysis, people management; exceptional customer relationship management skills; ability to work on continuous improvement.
